Title: Extra Special Spinach Dip

Yield: 3 Cups

1		Envelope vegetable soup mix
16	oz	Sour cream
1/2	c	Mayonaise
1/2	ts	Lemon juice
10	oz	Frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
8	oz	Water chestnuts; drained and chopped

Blend soup mix, sour cream, mayonaise and lemon juice. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill. Variations: Add 2 T chopped green onion, radishes or crumbled bleu cheese. Or omit water chestnuts and add 1 cup chopped apple. Source: Lipton box
